Privacy Policy

We protect the people we work with, and we hold what we learn about them in confidence.

Effective April 15, 2020 · Last updated June 8, 2026

Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, programs, courses, portals, and communities (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Rasool Ventures, LLC, DBA Conceivian (“Conceivian,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Conceivian is a research institute dedicated to the study and development of human potential. Our research surfaces as new frameworks, methods, algorithms, and artificial intelligence. Everything in this policy flows from a single commitment: we protect the people we work with, and we hold what we learn about them in confidence.

Our core promise

  • Confidential by default. We treat everything we learn about you, your circumstances, your work, your life, as private and confidential. We do not discuss it with anyone outside Conceivian, ever, unless we are required to by law.
  • Never sold. We do not sell your personal information. We never share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any agency for advertising, sales, or for identifying you.
  • Shared only with COROS AI, and only de-identified. The one party with whom we share research data is our sister company, COROS AI, and only after it has been de-identified and pseudonymized as described below.

What we collect

  • Account and contact information you give us (name, email, billing details).
  • Session recordings, transcripts, and chats from the programs you participate in.
  • Communications with us.
  • Basic website usage data (such as pages visited and device type) to operate and improve the site.

How we use what we collect

  1. To deliver the Services you have signed up for, including giving you access to the recordings of sessions in which you participated.
  2. To answer you. When you take a lesson to COROS AI from our Portal, or write to it, it reads what you wrote in order to respond. That is how it works, it happens inside your own COROS AI account under the terms you accepted with COROS AI, and it is not research use.
  3. To conduct our research. As a research institute, we study the patterns in human conversation, mood, and coordination to develop new frameworks, methods, algorithms, and AI. For this purpose we use de-identified and pseudonymized transcripts and chats, never material that identifies you.
  4. To improve and secure the Services.

De-identification and pseudonymization

Before any recording, transcript, or chat is used in our research or shared with COROS AI, we de-identify it (we remove names and details that could identify you or others) and pseudonymize it (we replace identifiers with non-identifying labels). The goal is that the research material reflects the structure of human conversation without exposing who took part in it.

Recordings: private by default

Sessions are typically recorded, and we provide those recordings to the participants. Recordings are private by default. We take reasonable measures to protect the privacy of every party in a recorded conversation. We do not make a conversation public without the permission of the people in it.

We use recordings in two further ways, both internal to our work: to train our own coaches and staff in the skills of intervention and ontological coaching, and, within a program, to make the recording of a group session available to the people who were in it, through our Portal at conceivian.com/portal.

The law of the rooms. You only have access to the rooms you were in. No one ever has access to a room they were not in. Being there is the only key. This is built into the Portal rather than configured in it: every query that shows a recording is joined to the record of who was present, so holding a programme's door opens no room, and there is no way for us to hand one person a programme's recordings in bulk. If you miss a session you do not get the recording, and that is deliberate.

Who we share with

  • COROS AI, our sister company, receives only de-identified, pseudonymized research data.
  • Service providers who help us run the Services (for example, payment processors and hosting), bound to protect the data.
  • When required by law, such as a valid legal order. This is the only circumstance in which we would disclose your confidential information outside Conceivian.

We do not share your information with advertisers, marketers, data brokers, or sales agencies.

Inside our programmes, we know you by name. When you enrol in a Conceivian programme you are asking to be coached, and coaching is personal. Saqib and the Conceivian staff see, by name, which discourses you have watched and how far, how many times and for how long, which live rooms you were in, when you entered the Portal, and that you took a lesson to COROS AI. We use this to coach you and to run the programme well. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never shown to other participants. This is the opposite of anonymity, on purpose: people who come to our programmes want us to know them.

Other participants can see that you were here. Our Portal has a People page listing everyone who has come through a Conceivian programme: name, which programmes, a photograph where you have attached one to your own email address through Gravatar, and a LinkedIn address where we already held one for you. It also shows each person, privately and only to them, which other participants have sat in a live room with them. It never shows which rooms anyone was in, what was said, or what anyone is working on, and none of it is visible outside the Portal or to anyone without a door. If you would rather not appear there, write to care@conceivian.com and we will remove you from it.

When you choose to continue a lesson with COROS AI. Under each lesson in our Portal there is a button that opens your own COROS AI account, in a new tab, and passes along which lesson you were in. That is a context key, not your data: nothing about you travels with it. From that moment you are in COROS AI's product, under the terms you accepted with COROS AI, and this policy does not govern what happens there.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your confidentiality is central to how we operate.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to legal@conceivian.com. Note that material already de-identified for research cannot be traced back to you to remove, because it no longer identifies you, which is the point of de-identifying it.

Children

The Services are intended for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
